Everest Insurance Company Ltd (EICL) yesterday facilitated the leader of  Loktantrik Everest Expedition team Ang Nima Sherpa. On May 21, Sherpa had climbed the world's tallest peak Mt. Everest and hoisted EICL Flag on the summit. Popular youth leader Gagan Thapa felicited Sherpa by offering shawl and memento.

Haling the offer of EICL to felicitate Sherpa, Thapa said the endeavor of a private company to encourage people to turn their dreams into realities have given them added hopes. EICL was among the sponsors of the expedition team.

Rajendra Kumar Khetan, acting chairman of EICL, said that the Nepali Corporate sector would continue to invite youths who have made their career an outstanding one through their achievements and accomplishments. He said that the company will continue to engage to help uplift the youths in the future. Sherpa thanked the organizers for their magnanimity in felicitating him.
