The Board of Directors have delegated the responsibility to its Management Committee comprising of Chairman - Mr. Rajendra K. Khetan , Vice Chairman - Mr. Ratan Lal Sanghai and General Manager - Mr. Kewal K. Shrestha to provide management guidance and advices to the Management of the company.

Kewal Krishna Shrestha joined Everest Insurance Co. during October 2004 after acquiring more than a decade's extensive experience in the Nepalese corporate sector. Starting his career in the Hospitality Industry with Hotel Malla & The Bluestar Hotel, he moved on to join the Vaidya's Organization of Industries & Trading Houses (VOITH). At VOITH, Mr. Kewal was engaged in various capacities and oversaw the marketing and growth of Toyota vehicles and TOTAL Lubricants. He left VOITH subsidiary, United Traders Syndicate as a General Manager (After Sales Service) to join this organization as its Deputy General Manager cum Company Secretary. Daring to enter the Insurance Industry from a completely different sector, he speedily learned the trade not only by doing but also taking up professional courses that has made him able to incorporate a strong and young management team facilitating him in restructuring the company. His leadership has successfully piloted the company into a good growth chart which has garnered numerous acclaims. Having proved as a visionary and a brilliant leader, the Board has placed their trust on him and appointed as General Manager of Everest Insurance Co. Ltd effective July 17, 2007.
